Kevin Rowland started HITEK Paving in 2010 with one striping machine and a straightforward goal: do the job right and treat every client the way he would want to be treated. That first piece of equipment was modest, but the commitment behind it was not. From day one, Kevin focused on building real relationships with commercial property owners across the Dallas area, and that approach has driven every decision since.

What began as a striping operation has grown into a full-service asphalt and concrete paving company. Since 2011, we have been serving commercial properties with a range of paving services, from routine maintenance and pothole repair to complete parking lot reconstruction and new road construction.
